Personal trainers depend on the gym floor and Instagram to find clients, and lose them without knowing why. People looking for a trainer don't know how to choose: everything looks the same, and reviews don't say who is right for their goal.

  1. Matches each client with the right professional — by goal, injuries, schedule and coaching style, with verified skills; every match explains why.
  2. Gives the professional the tools to keep the client: chat, session booking, training plans, progress reports and alerts when a client starts to drop off.
  3. Keeps the professional in control: nothing the app suggests reaches the client without their approval.
  4. Only accepts qualified professionals: the IPDJ professional title for exercise technicians, membership of the Ordem dos Nutricionistas.
